Manoel Kort-Kamp is the Founder & CEO of Miami Home Design, the company he has led since 2014 with a clear vision: to offer a more complete and seamless way to build in Miami. With a background in Business Administration and extensive experience in management, commercial strategy, and business development, he brings both leadership and operational clarity to every project.
Born in Brazil and now an American citizen, Manoel recognized early on the need for a company capable of delivering every stage of a residential transformation under one roof. Under his leadership, MHD has grown into a trusted name in South Florida's luxury residential market — supported by a multidisciplinary team and key industry partnerships that streamline execution and elevate results for every client.

Fernanda G. is a Brazilian architect and interior designer with extensive experience in the luxury residential market. Graduated in Architecture and Urban Planning in Brazil, she combines a strong architectural foundation with a refined design sensibility and a deep understanding of what discerning homeowners expect in the United States. Her work is guided by the belief that every home should feel beautiful, functional, and deeply personal.
Specializing in high-end residential interiors, Fernanda has delivered a wide range of successful projects — from custom kitchens and luxury bathrooms to complete renovations and full interior transformations. Her expertise includes space planning, custom millwork design, lighting layouts, finish selections, photorealistic 3D visualizations, and technical documentation.
